Servicing

Catch the small stuff before it becomes a leak.

Flat roofs rarely fail all at once. Ponding water, blocked outlets, lifted edges and worn upstands do their damage slowly, until one day there's a stain on the ceiling.

Regular servicing by our flat roofing team deals with minor issues early, from clearing and sealing to targeted repairs, so your roof lasts as long as it should.

  • Thorough roof inspections
  • Outlets and gutters cleared
  • Sealing and minor repairs
  • Advice on remaining lifespan

Tidy, punctual, and done right.

The same few words keep coming up in our reviews: clean, polite, on time and to a high standard. Here they are, in our customers' own words.

Extremely happy with the service, asked for a quote and received the same quickly, agreed the price and work started within a week. All work done in a timely matter to a high standard.
Excellent from start to finish. From initial contact LDM instilled confidence, from turning up when promised for the initial quote to returning after the scaffolding was removed to clean up.

All FAQs

How often should a flat roof be inspected?

At least once a year is a good rule, ideally after autumn when leaves and debris have had a chance to block outlets.

Can you service a flat roof you didn't install?

Yes. We're happy to inspect felt and rubber flat roofs whoever installed them, and give you an honest view of their condition.

What happens if you find a problem?

Minor issues can often be dealt with on the day. Anything larger, we'll explain clearly and quote for before any work goes ahead.
